Interior crack & crevice. Baseboards, under appliances, plumbing penetrations, and wall voids — where pests actually travel and nest.
Exterior barrier. A treated band around the foundation, eaves, window frames, and doorways to stop them before they get in.

For most homes, quarterly is the sweet spot. Hampton Roads has distinct seasonal pressure — ants and stinging insects in spring and summer, occasional invaders and rodents as it cools — and a visit each quarter keeps the barrier fresh through all of it. A one-time treatment can knock down an active problem, but it won't hold a barrier through the next season.
Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied by licensed Virginia technicians, placed in cracks, crevices, and the exterior perimeter rather than broadcast across open living surfaces. We'll ask you to keep kids and pets off treated areas until they're dry — usually a couple of hours — and we'll tell you exactly what we applied and where.
General pest control covers the recurring household pests — ants, roaches, spiders, and seasonal invaders — inside and around the home. Termites and rodents need their own dedicated programs: termites involve inspection, baiting, and soil treatment, and rodents involve entry-point exclusion and trapping. We handle all of it, and we'll point you to the right service during the inspection.
Call us and we come back out to re-treat at no charge — that's the guarantee on every recurring plan. Pests don't read the calendar, and a barrier can take a hit after heavy rain or a hatch. Re-service between scheduled visits is included, not an extra.
No. Our quarterly plan is ongoing but not locked into a multi-year term — you can pause or stop if your situation changes. We'd rather keep you because the work is good than because the paperwork traps you.
